Japanese traditional convex grind (Hamaguri-ba) finished blade for incredible toughness and resistance to edge chopping.

Aprés avoir acheté la Rolls des pliants mondiaux " Chris Reeve" USA J'ai découvert les "Katsu" avec ouverture" frame lock" le must et des aciers S35VN, 155CPM, ou encore l'acier, DPD 189 le grall absolu (aiguiseur sublime d'éfficacité et de facilité même pour les nuls... le "worksharp" le must absolu, même sur les aciers à 60 + HRC.( S35VN, S45VN, Magnus, VG 10, ZDP189) Ces pliants sont d'une finition et d'un montage et acier identique aux "Chris Reeve" mais de 2 et 4 fois moins cher pour la même qualité. J'ai revendu tous mes CR et j'ai pris des "Katsu" qui sont fabriqué en Chine même si le nom est le design est Japonais. 1X de plus les Chinois s'imposent comme numéro #1 sur ce marché Très haut de gamme. Seuls les couteaux de cuisine très ht de gamme sont encore sous la coupelle Niponne mais pour combien de temps ?

The ZK – T4 has great action, especially for a front flipper, super well built, but mostly is really nice to look at. True mirror polish, and a sleek tanto blade. Nice.
