Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item (the product must be in brand-new, unused condition, including original packaging and related documents).

Please note:

  1. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days.

  2. Used products, including those that have been disassembled, cannot be returned.

  3. Limited edition products are non-returnable.

To request a return, please provide your order number along with photos of the knife and its complete packaging, and send them to 📧service@katsuknife.com.
Additionally, please note that you are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the shipping cost.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via 📧service@katsuknife.com. regarding the approval of your refund.

Please note:

  1. If the product's packaging is damaged or missing, additional fees may apply, and you may not receive a full refund.

  2. If your order qualified for free shipping, an $8 shipping fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount.

  3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product under the following circumstances by contacting our customer service at 📧service@katsuknife.com. We will assess the situation and provide a detailed solution accordingly.

  1. Received a defective product (affecting normal use)

    • Please include your order number and attach detailed photos or videos explaining the issue.

  2. Received the wrong product

    • Keep all received items, including the original packaging and shipping label. Provide your order number and attach photos of the received items in your email.

Shipping Address Issues

We strongly recommend carefully verifying the accuracy of your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any unnecessary losses.

Please note:
Once your package has been shipped, we are usually unable to request a change of delivery address from the carrier. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, it may be returned to us, which could take a long time and pose a high risk of loss. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds or compensation for any losses resulting from an incorrect shipping address.

Unclaimed Packages

If your package requires self-pickup but is not collected in time, it may be returned to us. This process can take a long time and carries a high risk of loss.

Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please follow the steps below.

  1. First, check your bank account again. It may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
  2. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.
