KATSU "TAMASHII" (魂) – The Spirit of Uncompromising Resilience

The Concept: The Soul of the Blade

In Japanese tradition, a blade is more than just a tool; it is the "Tamashii" (魂)—the soul of the warrior. We designed this fixed blade to be your most reliable companion in the wild. Whether you are clearing a campsite, preparing a meal in the rain, or displaying it as a piece of geometric art, the Tamashii stands ready. It is a fusion of traditional Japanese silhouette and modern tactical necessity.

Masterful Geometry: The Compound Grind

The standout feature of the Tamashii is its meticulous compound grind.

The Tip: A reinforced geometric grind provides extraordinary piercing strength, ensuring the tip won't snap under heavy-duty use.
The Primary Edge: Expertly hollow-ground to deliver razor-sharp slicing performance.
This complex blade geometry is usually only found on high-end custom knives, making the Tamashii a visual masterpiece as much as a functional powerhouse.

Built for the Real World: D2 Steel & G10

We chose materials that prioritize survival over show.

D2 Tool Steel Blade: Known as the "Workhorse" of the knife world, our D2 steel is vacuum-heat-treated to provide excellent edge retention and high wear resistance. It’s tough, easy to maintain, and takes a brutal edge that stays sharp through the toughest tasks.
Ergonomic G10 Handle: Indestructible and moisture-proof. The G10 scales are deeply textured to provide a "locked-in" grip, even when your hands are wet or cold. The full-tang construction ensures the knife can handle prying, chopping, and hard-use survival scenarios without fail.

The Carry System: Kydex Excellence

Every Tamashii comes with a precision-molded Kydex Sheath.

Perfect Retention: Features a satisfying "click" lock, ensuring the knife stays secure regardless of your movement.
Versatile Mounting: Equipped with a multi-position belt clip, allowing for vertical, horizontal, or even inverted carry on your pack or belt. It’s low-profile, lightweight, and built for rapid deployment.

Why Choose the TAMASHII?

The Tamashii isn't a safe queen—it's built to be used. It’s for the outdoorsman who demands a tool that can take a beating and the collector who appreciates the complexity of a perfectly executed compound grind.

Own the Spirit. Master the Wild.
