Personalized Engraving Service Policy for KATSU KNIVES

Service Scope
This engraving service applies exclusively to one (1) newly purchased and unshipped KATSU KNIVES blade per order. If you require engraving on multiple knives, please specify the correct quantity during checkout.
Submission Requirements
- Custom text must be provided either in the order notes or via email within 24 hours of purchase
- Strict maximum of 30 characters (including spaces and punctuation)
Production Timeline
The engraving process requires 3-10 business days. This timeframe is separate from standard order shipping time.
Design Approval
You will receive a digital proof for confirmation before we proceed with engraving. No modifications are permitted once approved.
Order Cancellation Policy
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund your engraving service (without affecting the base product purchase) if:
  - The requested content is inappropriate, illegal, or violates third-party rights
  - The technical requirements cannot physically accommodate your request
- Engraved knives are considered custom products and cannot be returned or exchanged
Content Restrictions
By submitting text, you confirm it:
- Does not infringe on any trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property
- Contains no offensive, harmful, or unlawful material

All engraving service purchases constitute agreement to these terms.
